About the property

The houses are made of high quality European oak material with columns of 25 cm. The ceilings are from 3 to 5 meters high.
The joints are made entirely of wood. The tiles are made by the leading German manufacturer Creaton and have a 50-year warranty.

Joglo carving and the 3 meters hight interior and exterior doors are made of teak wood and are especially made for this project on the island of Java. With their unique hand carvings they are a real work of art.

The houses have high quality hard solid parquet;
